The process begins with ABC Nannies finding out about your Family, job specifics and the typical day of your Family. We present your Family to our current available Nannies and the ones interested, we send over their application, resume, letters of references and copies of certificates in child care. You pick the ones you want to interview!
When a family hires a nanny, we provide detailed references, an official copy of their driving record and a criminal investigative report so the family can feel fully confident in their choice. Families may also feel more secure in being able to meet applicants face-to-face as opposed to hiring from services importing their nannies from distant areas. We also recommend before an offer is made to have the Nanny do a paid trial day, so you can see the nanny “in action” with the child/ children.
