We place nannies in Raleigh, Wake Forest, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Apex, Garner, Morrisville and the greater Triangle, NC areas.
In order to best match nannies with families, we have both complete applications. The family application reviews every aspect of home life which can impact on a nanny placement. This includes your duties and responsibilities, hours, living conditions, benefits, personalities, (of both parents and children), ages and behavior of the children, general health of the children, any special needs and more. We also review your skills and work history, interview you to determine your interests and temperament, and the type of employment that you would find ideal. This process allows us to make a placement that is best for both you and the family, and one which can be long lasting. In the rare instance when something does not work out, we are there to help you.
Nannies are required to have the following: Up to date resume; Application; Letters of reference; Copies of all child care certificates.
